We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Yhuvspfc®. If you are not satisfied with your tropical plants, artificial greenery, or home décor products for any reason, we accept returns within 180 days of receiving your order.

📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Items must be unused and undamaged

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

Please include the following information inside your return package:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation within one business day.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The exact return shipping cost depends on the courier service selected.

If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as:

  • Damaged products received

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Product quality issues

Yhuvspfc® will cover the return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

  • The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

You may receive a confirmation email or notification from your payment provider once the refund has been completed.

  • Yhuvspfc® is not responsible for lost return packages without valid tracking information.
